The Haryana Court Clerk Recruitment 2026 is a three-staged process and candidates have to clear all the three stages to get shortlisted for direct recruitment as Clerk in the subordinate courts in Haryana.

The Haryana Court Clerk 2026 Selection Process involves the following three stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)

2. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)

3. Document Verification (DV)

The Haryana Court Clerk CBT 2026 will be an online exam consisting of General Knowledge and English Composition. General Knowledge section will consist of 50 questions for 50 marks and will be objective type questions. The English Composition section consists of 50 objective type questions for 20 marks and a descriptive / subjective section consisting of essay (150 words), letter writing, precis writing and Translation from Hindi to English for a total of 30 marks.

The Haryana Court Clerk CBT 2026 will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. There will be negative marking of 1/4^th mark for every wrong answer. English Composition will be checked only of those candidates who have secured 33 per cent or more marks in General Knowledge.

Candidates who qualify the Haryana Court Clerk CBT 2026 will be called to attend the Haryana Court Clerk Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) 2026 to access the proficiency of candidates in operation of computer. This is mandatory in the recruitment selection process. The marks of this CPT stage would not be counted in determining the final merit and is qualifying in nature.

Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) will comprise of two parts: Part I will be a spreadsheet test for 10 marks and Part II will be a computer typing test in English at the speed of 30 words per minute typing speed.

The final merit list will be prepared by taking into account the total marks scored by the candidate in the computer based.

Haryana Court Clerk CBT Exam Pattern 2026
