The minimum qualifying marks for General Category (OC), BC, BCM, MBC/DNC and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and SC, SCA and ST categories were released by the TN TRB.

For the General category (OC), the minimum qualifying TNTET marks are 90 marks in the TNTET Exam.

The minimum qualifying marks for BC, BCM, MBC/DNC and PwD for the TNTET Exam 2025 will be 75 marks.

The minimum qualifying marks for the SC, SCA and ST categories for the TNTET Exam 2025 will be 60 marks.
