KSP Constable General Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must be citizens of India.

A male candidate who has more than one wife, or a female candidate married to a person who is already married, shall not be eligible for recruitment except with prior permission of the Karnataka Government.

Candidates must be mentally and physically sound to perform the duties of the post; they must be free from any physical disability that affects the discharge of duties.

KSP Constable Educational Qualification 2026

The candidates shortlisted for the post of Police Constable (Civil) in the Karnataka State Police Department will be offered a pay scale of ₹ 37,500 – 900 – 39,300 – 1,000 – 43,300 – 1,125 – 47,800 – 1,250 – 52,800 – 1,375 – 58,300 – 1,500 – 64,300 – 1,650 – 74,200 – 1,900 – 76,100 in the pay matrix plus admissible state Government allowances.
