BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Salary 2026

The candidates shortlisted for the post of BSNL Senior Executive Trainee (SET - DR) in Telecom and Finance streams will be recruited in the IDA pay scale (E-3) of ₹24,900 to ₹50,500 (pre-revised).

All candidates recruited for the post of Senior Executive Trainee (DR) in the BSNL will execute a bond of nine lakh rupees for a period of at least FIVE years from the date of their appointment as SET.

All Senior Executive Trainee (DR) in the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited will remain on probation for two yeas running concurrently with the training schedule of 52 weeks (one year) including exams during training.
