SBI PO Exam 2025: Salary & Pay Scale
Candidates joining as Probationary Officer (PO) in the State Bank of India will be in the grade of Junior Management Grade I and will be getting a starting basic pay salary of ₹48,480 along with 4 advance increments in the scale of ₹48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920.
This SBI PO Pay Scale is applicable to the SBI pay grade of the Junior Management Grade Scale I.
They will be eligible for the following SBI allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), Housing Rent Allowance (HRA), CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund, i.e. NPS, LFC, Medical Facility, Lease Rental Facility and other allowances.
The approximate SBI PO CTC for a person joining the SBI as a Probationary Officer at initial scale of pay at Mumbai Centre is ₹20.43 lakhs per annum.
