What you’ll do at Veranda RACE?
This position will be a part of the Core Enterprise sales organization, that focuses on organizations with 500-2k employees. This is not a management position and is an individual contributor role.
Sell the entire Freshworks suite of products to "new logo" customers in your territory
Tier your accounts and prospect into them alongside your BDR, via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns (social, email and cold calling)
Build, develop and manage your sales pipeline
Lead and communicate effectively with other departments such as business development, marketing and pre-sales throughout the sales process
Travel to customer locations and marketing events as needed
Commit to continuous improvement and constant learning
What do we expect from you?
Proficiency in Japanese and English, verbal and written.
You care deeply and genuinely about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.
You have previously worked with customer support for a web-based software. You know that every bit of work you do makes a real difference in making our customers happy.
You possess strong, confident, and exacting communication skills, particularly in writing.
You exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
You are a phenomenal teammate and willing to put others first.
